1. Site publisher

This site is published by Asili Design, a digital development and consulting business run by Tim Moyence, based in Bordeaux (France).

For any question, you can write to us via thecontact page. Hosting is provided by a provider located within the European Union.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the site and access to the services offered: development and consulting services, online training, free resources and Workshop experiences.

By browsing the site or creating an account, you accept these terms in the version in force on the date of your visit.

3. Services & training

Services (engagements, projects, support) are subject to a specific scoping and quote, drawn up after discussion. No commitment is made without mutual written agreement.

Premium training give access to online educational content. The details (duration, format, modules) are specified on each training page.

• Access to content is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Free resources (toolkit, audit) are provided as is, for informational purposes.
• The Workshop experiences are demonstrations; the data shown may be simulated.

4. Payment & access

Premium training is paid in a single, secure payment. Access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed and remains available indefinitely, except in cases of force majeure.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included where applicable. An invoice is issued for each purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a training purchase, without having to justify it.

6. Intellectual property

All the content on the site — text, visuals, code, training materials — is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Access to a training course grants you a personal right of use, not a right of resale or redistribution.

7. Liability

Asili Design does everything possible to provide reliable and up-to-date content. The results of a training course or an audit depend, however, on how each person applies them; no guarantee of a specific result is given.

The site may contain links to external resources, over which we have no control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority before any litigation.
