The founder

Full-stack & AI developer.
Manager first.

I'm Tim Moyence — full-stack & AI developer, freelance in Bordeaux (remote). Six years as a manager at Decathlon before retraining into code. I help small businesses, SMEs and solopreneurs turn a fuzzy need into clean, robust, lasting tools — with a strong engineering standard.

I first managed teams for six years at Decathlon. The field, the people, the priorities. Then I retrained into code — keeping this obsession: understand the real need before producing anything at all.

Today I design applications in production, with real users, under a strong engineering standard: DDD, Clean Architecture, mandatory TDD, full CI/CD. AI is my day-to-day copilot — Claude Code, LangChain, autonomous agents — never a gimmick.

I believe in tools that last, in interfaces you grasp without a manual, and in a human relationship that doesn't stop at delivery. My past as a manager hasn't vanished: it guides every scoping.

Skills & approach

Three areas I master
end to end.

Product development

Robust, readable, maintainable web applications. From front-end architecture to the API, with an obsession for clarity of code and of usage.

Useful, measured AI

AI as a lever, not a gadget. I integrate automations and assistants that save real time — under human control, always.

Advice & strategy

Before the tech, the direction. Audit, scoping, prioritisation: I help you decide what to build — and above all what not to build.

How I work with AI

AI amplifies expertise. It does not replace it.

I work in multi-agent orchestration: one agent per task, cross-review, adversarial verification before validating. Every change starts with a failing test (TDD), and the architecture is designed to last (DDD, clean architecture) — even on my personal projects.

01
One agent per task
Clear breakdown, each agent has a precise role.
02
Cross-review
The agents review each other; nothing passes without a check.
03
Adversarial verification
We actively try to break it before validating.
04
TDD + lasting architecture
A failing test first; DDD & clean architecture next.

An expert generates results. »

Manager at Decathlon

Six years on the ground: leadership, teams, priorities, concrete decisions. The raw material of how I frame a project today.

Frequently asked questions

What I'm often asked.

Do you work with non-technical people?
Absolutely — it's even my favourite ground. I translate the technical into clear decisions, without jargon. You don't need to understand the code to steer a good project.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
From targeted interventions to structuring projects, by way of long-term support. The scope is defined around your real need, not a fixed catalogue.
Is AI mandatory in your projects?
Never. AI is one lever among others. If it brings measurable value, we integrate it cleanly. Otherwise, we do without — restraint is a quality.
How do we get started?
With a conversation. Describe your situation via the contact page; I get back to you with an honest take and a scoping proposal — not a generic quote.
Shall we talk?

Your project deserves to be clarified before it's built.
