Training pathway validation automation
Implementation of an automated process to generate and send degree validation communications on an e-learning platform. The goal was to make exchanges more reliable, reduce manual work, and ensure consistent communication at scale.

Prototype of a digital assistant for cultural mediation
Design of a prototype assistant to support museum guides in their mediation work by providing contextual and interactive support. The project explored the use of AI as an assisting tool, without replacing human expertise.

Booking and management platform for bike rentals
Design of a booking website for a bike rental business, with a strong focus on ease of use and day-to-day operations. The goal was to simplify reservations while structuring internal workflows.
